Charleston Homes Realtor

One very large annoyance to me is when I seek the expert, and I am immediately referred to an associate or an assistant. I didn’t contact Joe Blow, I called you. I want my time and dollars to go toward the individual that I either found by research or recommendation. I refuse to waste my time and money on a bench warmer. A great example of the kind of integrity and service we all deserve is the highly touted queen of Charleston homes, Karen Koerner. When you call for her, you get her. That is why she has sold over $100,000,000 in Charleston, SC area real esteate.

With the decline in home sales seemingly being a worldwide dilemma, buying a house anywhere is a delicate situation. Do I buy now? Do I wait for prices to drop further? What if I wait too long and they suddenly rise? How much do we, the consumers, really know? The only way to get some answers is to ask some experts. Which brings up another question. Who can we trust as being an expert? Do they have our best interest at heart? Fortunately, the Kitsilano Real Estate people have been vouched for by trusted friends as the company with impeccable integrity.

Staying at a Vancouver Hotel

The fact is you could supply an empty cardboard box that a refrigerator was delivered in, I would live in it happily as long as I was in the city of Vancouver. That may be a strech, but it does convey how I feel about the town. If I had my druthers, I would stay at the incredible Vancouver hotel called the Loden. The rooms there are impeccably designed with the most descriminating guests in mind. Then to top it off they have the Voya restaurant and lounge that fits every possible desire for a meeting place.

China Tours At Last

  • Posted on May 10, 2011 at 5:13 pm

I resigned myself to the fact that I would never be able to see the wonderful land of China much less any part of the mysterious Far East. Even if money were no object, it would be quite a task to arrange such a trip. I am pretty lame when it comes to the amount of research and planning a venture such china tours as would take. Then I read about this firm named Cannetic Tours that not only holds your hand through the entire process but has incredibly affordable packages. They are a God-Send for people like me who can now make a dream a reality.

Remote Log Cabins

Sounds strange to say remote log cabins. Aren’t they all someplace remote? You never see anyone hailing a cab and instructing the cabbie to take them to a log cabin. Could you imagine one of them being in your housing complex? How about one being located two blocks from the mall. The whole beauty of being in a log cabin is the fact that it is remote. It’s away from all the noise and polution of our crowded cities. It even makes our home in surburbia seem to be densly surrounded. The only remote I know of is the one for my TV.
