Get Me a California Personal Injury Attorney

  • Posted on October 24, 2011 at 10:01 pm

In an imaginary scenario, I am strolling down Hollywood Boulevard and I’m in awe of the surroundings. I become aware of the old Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (now it’s called something else, but to me it’s still Grauman’s). I am staring up at the marque and never noticed that the star of a very, very famous celebrity has loosened and is projecting upward. I jammed it with my left foot and went down flat on my face. I hardly felt a thing. When I saw the incredible flow of blood running down my shirt, I bellowed “get me a California personal injury attorney!”

Missing Furniture Retail Software

Two years ago, I followed a life-long dream and moved out of the big city and went country. I absolutely am thrilled with my decision and action. However there is one thing I dearly miss. My line of work is retail furniture. I worked for 22 years at a major chain store in the city. When a job opened up in my new town at a wonderfully charming smaller store, I jumped on it. The problem is closing time. In the city I was on a time clock so when it was 8 pm, I dropped everything and went home. The tabulating of the day’s business was done autmatically through code bars and furniture retail software. Now it’s done by me and my pencil.

Timely Rhinoplasty Surgery

My sixteen year old niece has been battling with her appearance for about the last five years. She is really a beautiful vibrant young lady. Like so many teenagers, she is vying for a career in the entertainment field. She is facing a major dilemma. She is unhappy with the shape and size of her nose (I blame this on my brother-in-law’s genes, not my sister’s). The problem is the old question, ” if I change my nose will it affect my voice?” Rhinoplasty surgery seems like it may be a gamble to me. Unfortunately, there is only one way to find out what it will result in.

I do realize that when I mention importing goods from China that all sorts of products come up in your mind. I conjure up things like toys made of lead and inexpensive cookware among hundreds of other items. With their progressive economy surging to significance, more and more products of the highest quality are emerging. One of these products of particular importance is CHO cell media. These cells are derived from the ovaries of Chinese hamsters. I find it of great interest that someone had the foresight to discover this. It confirms that the researching scientists of the world have a common goal.

Using Embryonic Stem Cell Differentiation

  • Posted on October 6, 2011 at 7:54 pm

In the last decade or so, the previously designated “Idiot Box,” your TV, has improved its image by presenting several programs that are dealing with medical science. Although most of them involve murder victims and forensic medicine, these medical examiners bring a ton of scientific knowledge to us viewers. I watched an episode recently that used embryonic stem cell differentiation to determine the toxicity in one of the victims. I find it cool that I can even spell such a term much less know what it is used for. This does not in any way say that I understand how it is used.

All you baseball fans out there know exactly what I mean. Imagine having Albert Puljols getting 35 at bat a game. In no time the diseases we have suffered with will be falling by the wayside. It will be a lifelong dream come true.

Stem Cell Culture

  • Posted on October 5, 2011 at 6:52 pm

I often wonder how different the world would be today if many of the wars and holocost-like events never occurred. What great minds were lost when these heinous things happened? Where would we be if we had access to say a thousnd more scientists or a hundred more great inventors? The same thing applies to how many great people we have lost to cancer. What if we had things like stem cell culture 100 years ago? How many of the shortened lives would have been contibuting to society if they’d lived longer? I guess the world is loaded with “what ifs.”
