Shop Cymax

  • Posted on November 26, 2011 at 8:34 pm

Shop Cymax. There it is. That is my great pearl of advice for the coming present buying season (formerly known as Christmas). I am having increasing feelings of the Yuletide slipping away from us. Gifts, Gifts Gifts are the name of the game now. As a matter of fact that’s all I ever remember it being. The reason I say shop Cymax is that at least something long lasting and practical will come out of buying someone furniture and furnishings of quality instead of some trendy gadget that will be stored in obscurity come spring.

Cymax, Enough Said

I go back to an era where you had to go to eight or nine stores to do your food shopping. Then the supermarkets appeared on the scene and were a gift from Heaven. I can now say that since the advent of websites like Cymax, I am blessed with not having to go to twenty shops to fulfill my holiday shopping list. I love being a point and click shopper. Instead of the frustration of looking for a parking spot at the mall, I simply answer my doorbell when the packages are delivered to my home. Enough said.

Vancouver Home Renovations

  • Posted on November 22, 2011 at 6:41 pm

It is common knowledge that I have a great (if not overblown) dislike for the home improvement industry. Having been burned by a disgusting shyster when I bought my first home and having had some really sub-par work done at what I later discovered was a ridiculously inflated price, I became public skeptic number one. So, you can imagine my apprehension when my sister told me she was interviewing Vancouver home renovations companies to convert her basement to a play room for her growing family. As soon as she selected one, I shot up to BC with my shotgun, (just kidding). I did, however, double inspect everything they did on a daily basis. I must say, I was totally impressed by their professionalism.

B2B Telemarketing, Your Answer

Look at the calander. You will notice that the year begins with a 2. No longer do the marketing approaches from the last millenium work efficiently. If you want to avoid becoming a dinosaur, get with the times. The days of the silver tongued barker with his slicked back hairdo and five dollar cologne are gone. Prospects no longer have the time for these door knockers to sit across their desks and do their song and dance. The answer to increasing your sales is to hire a professional and proficient b2b telemarketing company. In my experience, SalesFish is second to no other in this field.

Isolation of T cells

  • Posted on November 11, 2011 at 7:21 pm

The isolation of T cells sounds like it is a pretty quirky thing. Being a fan of quirky things, I’d like to comment that as I am writing this message the time and date id 11:11 on 11/11/11. Now that’s quirky. Coincidence is also one of the most interesting things to me. I love when I hear stories like a woman in Alabama hitting two large lotteries in two months. There also was an article I read where a 22 year-old woman won brand new cars in three separate raffles. Talk about lightening striking in the same place more than once.

Speak of Embryonic Stem Cells Differentiation

  • Posted on November 11, 2011 at 4:42 pm

If you walk into a room and you hear people speaking about embryonic stem cells differentiation, turn around and leave the room. There was an old insulting bit of advice that stated “it is better to be silent and thought stupid than to speak and remove all doubt.” I have found it advantageous to go by that piece of advice from time to time. The world of medical science academia is no different than any other tightly wound group. They don’t let just anyone join in. It would be disasterous to try to wing it with this group.

Rhinoplasty Surgery for Her

  • Posted on November 11, 2011 at 3:06 am

It is a bit of a sad story when a young girl who was always exceptionally attractive has a mishap and her looks suffer. Surely there are worse stories in the world, but to her this is pretty tragic. She is on the varsity volleyball team and always gave it her all. During the last game of the season, an oponent went for a kill shot and blasted it into her nose. The rest is better left unsaid. Now she is scheduled for rhinoplasty surgery and the prognosis is optimistic. I’m sure she’ll be a knockout again.

Listen, B2B Telemarketing

  • Posted on November 10, 2011 at 9:44 pm

If you came to this blog to get advice on your relationship, you caught me at a great time. I have trouble heeding what I preach, so give me some latitude here. For three years I have been telling people to lighten their load. I’ve told them to find ways to make life easier. All the while this information was sitting under my nose regarding hiring a b2b telemarketing company to take over my struggling sales department in my business. I kept telling myself to do it. I finally woke up and smelled the coffee. After only two months of being with them, I am working half the hours and netting more profits. So my message to you is that you must listen to yourself.

Isolation of B cells

I often reflect on the outrageous statistics on the divorce rate in the US. It used to be rarher a general understanding that the sate of California had a crazy amount of divorces. We all felt it was due either to the “Hollywood” scene or the fact that nobody that lived there was a native. The latter led us to think, if there is no family pressure to stay together, why not fly the coop. In relation to science, I visualize the isolation of B cells as a parallel to the separation of the family unit. This is done as a form of identifying cells. Is that what divorce is about, finding one’s identity?

Advice and CHO Cell Media

  • Posted on November 8, 2011 at 10:00 pm

All relationships aren’t romantic ones. One of the most, if not the most important relationships is that of a parent and a child. It is critical for a parent to secure a position of disciplinary and friendly entity for a child to fully get the benefit of being loved by and having respect for both mom and dad. One day when a story was on a science channel relating that CHO cell media was used in stem cell tharapy and the cells were from a Chinese hamster’s ovaries, my wife immediately told our son who has a pet hamster that it didn’t hurt the hamster to take cells from her ovary and it would be fine. This is a sign that the love and respect goes both ways. Her little fib was a necessary tactic.
